The Concept of Meaningfulness

In God's case, there are no brain states correlated with his mental state. The question of meaningfulness and so forth isn't at the heart of the issue here. It will be whether or not you think there are propositions that are true or false. And it's just the congruence of constellations of neurons that have a correspondence with things in the world.
