The Importance of Digital Transformation
I see us moving to a position eventually where we are talking purely about transformation. And digital is just part of the answer for what it is we're transforming. I don't see the unified EPR work that we're doing across mid and south Essex as anything other than what we should have been doing 20 years ago. The true belief for me, which is why I love my job, is a patient doesn't see us as individual organizations. So you kind of joke with your question, you hit a real passion point for me.
