The Differences Between Pastors and Elders

Christ's authority is exercised between Alberto and I in a way. It's not between me and a member of another church. So you're going to be being shaped by different sermons, hopefully from the same word of God. But you'll be shaped by different experiences on the Lord's Day every week. And our Christian discipleship generally is going to grow out of those things that we both share.
