I would encourage personal exploration, and then using that personal explore on to contextualize where you think that that puts you. I'm very interested in a lot of a greek ideas neoplatanism, hermeticism, but also eastern ideas like buddhism. So i think just deepening your relationship with that personal experience and then looking for harmony in all the wisdom that come before,. You know, what are we missing? What are these older ways of of practice missing? Or what context do they need to have injected into them to make sense for you?
