Kim Scott: Authentic is not also this like armor, right? You know, it's often it's to me, it's being authentic within the context that you're in. I think sometimes we use authenticity as people who are more confident than they really are. The way you connect with other people isn't always going to be an F bomb because if dropping the F bomb is going to prevent me from connecting with someone, then I'm happy not to do it.
