Office Work in the 21st Century Context

Peter Drucker coined the term knowledge work was in a book in the early 1950s. The first big offices were front offices for very large industrial concerns. It started in the mid 90s digitally connected non routine knowledge work. So it's just a further manifestation of the various, various trends we've been speaking about.
