The housing market has just started to correct. The worth of your home hasn't taken a hit yet. At the dance point, we're still way above where we should potentially be. And i think the last piece of this puzzle is on employment. When it ticks up, when we see four and then we see it on the way to four and a half, that's when i think mans yet havent jobss.
