The Fulfillment of the Nations
The phrase "the fulness of the nations" does appear one time in early jewish literature. Paul's talking about the restoration of ephraim, right? This? Ephreim and the remainder of the northern tribes have to be included in order for israel to be complete. God has gone out to the lifeless, dry bones that have been scattered among the nations. They've become gentilized. And he ishe is resurrecting his people from those bones in a way that paul finds just amazing.
