i was born in india, but i grew up in to buy middle east. So i really felt like a third culture kid at that point already. The longer i'm here, the more i understand the diversity of this country. And so for me, fusing indian flavors with a baha style fish tako makes a lot of sense. It works best when it's an authentic reflection of all the different influences in your life. When you cook something about that takes your head out of the equation altogether,. You just start cooking from your intuition and from your heart and your instinct. That's when i feel most comfortable in who i am.
