Lenin's Critique of the Gotham Program

The planning of the Soviet Union is basically a crackful like it's a Laurel and Hardy routine where the bucket falls on their head and they get stuck with it. It's not something that's intended up front at all right and is just very ad hoc in the way it's pieced together. Lenin said oh well the Germans who got us sorted out they're like they don't weigh more than we do so we might as well copy them because this is pretty damning. I'm inclined to not even try to rehabilitate any of these fucking Russians you know what I mean?
