The Legend of Gile De Rey
Gile de Rey was a fictionalized version of Joan of Arc who appeared as a faithful and devoted servant to Joan of Arc. He paid nothing for admission but gave everyone access to a full buffet of venison, succulent fish, meat and wine every single performance for five months. Gile de Rey set up his own mystery play in the 1450s that he called "The King's Play" John Madden: They were trying to erase him from history at the time period because they would like they didn't want to involve with her.
