LZ Granderson: Older members who follow Jesus for a long time, but have stayed in a shallow, immature place. He says they developed some unhelpful and healthy habits that is kind of put them underground zero. LZ: Some are stagnated in their growth because they've never been fed. And I need to realize as a pastor, when I come in, I can't give them strong meat right away. But I am going to build them up.
