Data Stewardship - What's Your Strategy for Data Quality?
The company has been protecting and managing its data for a number of years. We have a very robust way of how we define data stewards in terms of who's responsible for managing the data, the quality of the data. And then we have all of the use case agnostic capabilities that we're creating on the big data ecosystem. In balancing those two, we are usually able to use governance as a way to say, hey, if we automated certain things, we're able to govern our data better,. therefore lead to a better customer experience.
