Yara Danyjunga - Day Two

Yara Danyjunga means horse helping in Yaru language and it's the name of a program that's helped hundreds of kids in Western Australia learn about keeping healthy bodies, healthy hearts and healthy minds. Kids get to know the horses and spend time feeding them, grooming them, playing with them and learning about how they communicate. The program is all about Indigenous practices and the important relationships between people, animals and the land. So now even more kids will get the chance to learn from horses.
