Is There a Process or Process Change?

When things are working, it's sometimes hard to isolate variables and understand why they're working. Even clients that had to lay off a large part of their work force ended up spending more with us because they just had fewer people to do it. And then lastly, when you're losing money, for example, an auto company came to us and said, we're losing x million dollars on warranties fraud. So there's some ope ational excellence, am the're an sort of customers success excellence there. That's the sort of athletic elements that v cs don't like to talk about. Not necessarily technology, but the organization needs to mature.
