The trust was already there. I think that's the most important thing is people are only going to read your newsletter if they trust you. So like in the Amazon space, almost every single service provider knows my name. And I know a lot of the CEOs of software companies. The Amazon space is really small. Like if you compare it to other industries, it's not very big. It makes it harder if you don't have that.
