How I Learned to Run a Fashion Store

Nigel Austin is the founder and CEO of Cotton On stores in Western Australia. He says he grew up with a burning desire to do something, but was more passionate about working with people than fashion. His first jobs were at fast food chain Red Rooster before moving into retail concept Bliss. Nigel now has his own clothing label called Nando's which opened last year.
