I've been talking about this since 2015 when I first started the podcast. We have a society and I talk about this a lot, but it's that we have so many people that were told one thing all the way through school only to be put out in the real world. So you don't do them any favors by when they come into your organization, pacifying them more because they might not understand. The world works on meritocracy. If you're good, you got to be great. And if you're great, yougot to become undeniable. When you get undeniable, that's the only time that nobody can stand in your way.
