I agree with you that this can be a really good pick without it feeling like a safe pick. But i would also say to democrats, as i've said before, we don't throw out all the the past votes,. This isn't about getting 70 or 65, 61. It doesn't matter. You get on the supreme court. You're there until you decide you want to leave, rihte, or god takes you.
