Interviewing contractors is no different than interviewing full time employees. The way that we interviewed him was basely like, what drives him? How does he work? We saw his portfolio, we knew it was good. So i was thinking about them basically the same. There's a very strictike, ok, we're going to see how this works at this time line and we're both going to have very, very clear expectations of what that looks like.
