The book is broken into three sections, three broad parts, each of which will be broken up into subsequent chapters. She challenges the Western appropriation of feminism and demystifies capitalism. The third thing she pokes at is a kind of what she calls a kind of postmodern influence among academic US feminism that puts gender under the rug.
