What's Good Message Testing?

For each launch think about what is the meaningful segmentation for this launch you know. Segmentation can be as simple as like they have a tool or they don't have a tool but having some degree of insight that's a little bit deeper than how you've structured your product permissioning is always going to lead to better messaging. The number one tip that I would give is it's not just a B testing and combine qualitative and quantitative research when doing message testing. You're starting to hear customers regurgitate back to you the message that you want them to be taking away from that then you can start comparing those at a more quantitative level with surveys.
