The Elements of Academic Style
The elements of academic style is a book about how to write. A lot of its literature specific, because that's my field. People have written me from all over the world and said how much it helped them. And so i think with the new book, part of what i was trying to do was to manage for myself something like the relationship between writing that is doing teaching work, and writing that isdoing scholarly work.
