Is This Going to Be Easy?
Alyssa: There is this expectation that should be easy. Like all with you is call it a Sabbath and it magically is restful. And I am feeling recharged. Alyssa: The idea that we're living into a cycle that repeats is really where the hope comes from as opposed to we're going to nail this the first time. It's just like an exodus with the slaves, like the whole reason Leviticus is written about all the laws is because they had to relearn what it looked like to be children of God instead of these slaves who were constantly doing these things.
