Is a Degree Really Required?
I don't think that it should be possible for employes to state specific qualifications or levels of education which are just irrelevant. There are em er qualities from people who are not universitaly educated, which, m you know, are valuable because they're differences which are valuable. And we've got to open up new roots to an people to to progress. I mean, this thes grat ha's great scales out there which are being wasted. But if you get a non graduate type amongst graduates, and is in a situation where they can sf sense what is being proposed is not right, you have a chance of succeeding instead of failing.
