I had a target this year to dead lift my body witt, and i did that last month. Am so i now want to get like, five rips my body wit it. I would say maybe working towards an ultimate, an ultimate goal of of a potentially two times bodyweight deadlift,. but maybe an intermediary of one point five times body weight. A ded lifting your body weight is a massive goal. Most people never get there. Nobody likes losing weight.
