If you're in your speech, you don't want to talk about yourself too much. You come across as narcissistic and a bit of an asshole. That's where your story can build some credibility into the expertise. Step number three is tell them what they needed to know. If action followed knowledge, we'd all have six packs. And so we need to call our audiences to specific action.
