How to Love Your Mom More Authentically

I love my mom more authentically in the last 15 years of her life. For me doing this kind of work, then all the years before when it was my job to make her okay. Some of it started when I actually had to confront her on something and had to do with the narrative around my dad. And that's the way we dealt in denial with his abandonment of us.
