The Best Signals That Tell You When a Bear Market Is Over
The best sign that a bear market has ended is when you get more bad news. That's clearly bad news, and the market doesn't go down on that bad news. And what we've seen in the last couple of weeks is plenty of more bad News. So it's hard for me to believe that this bear market could be over. I don't think it should be over, but the tape action is saying it just doesn't want to go down on bad news.
