How Do You Get Your Mornings Right?
The first thing I want to share with you is just some basic things. Drinking water is important, but being around water late in your day is a wonderful way to wind down. Music can bring you to places and states that words cannot. So let's talk a little bit about the evening. Remember morning's cold, evening's warm. It slows the body down. It sends a message to your body that it's time to wind down and sleep deeply.
