I used to be at Google for like five years and I was like, okay, I feel like I'm kind of what I want out of a nine to five. And so it kind of led me to build a habit gym. So the Vipassana retreat led to habit gym becoming reality Yes, actually, uh, I pretty much copied the Vipasana model. It's all about really just you know, you have to keep trying and iterating if it's a lifelong process.
