A Commercial Real Estate Broker Selling Multi Family Syndications?
I think it's important for the person to listen, if you havent, if you haven't. I wasn't in the game until somebody offered me a syndication. And i don't recommend putting all 62 thousand of your only amount of cash into it, degreed. My goal was to learn. In this business, you win when you run. You get yourself in a pickle. But if you've already done some research and you're already in the space of realestate anyways, get in. Or you use that within your team. Let's say everybody on the team throws in five grand that becomes your down now you own a building together and go your own syndication.
