How Did You Start Thinking About Leaving the Classroom?

When did you start thinking of leaving the classroom? I would say it was really tough because COVID happened in my first year teaching, so everything after that was a little bit different than what I had experienced when I was student teaching. That was kind of the turning point for me when I realized that it wasn't going to be a long-term goal for me or career for me. So immediately I started doing research on that career and following people in the recruiting career as well.
