The Limit Act Isn't an Infringement on Free Speech

VPNs are a way to get around location based firewalls and other forms of internet censorship for that reason it's often used in authoritarian countries or to buy khaki's which is a good euphemism. The concern is of course that some of this language would allow for people to be punished for using VPNs to go around the blocks on something like TikTok Warner's office assures us that is not the case under the terms of the bill.
