Will It Be a Big Breakthrough or Just Increasing?

i'm a big believer in a kind of innovation helping to reduce costs and improve performance. The question is it going to be a big breakthrough, or am I looking for smaller, incremental ones? So the area that i'm really interested in at the moment is the manufacturing process,. Although people have got better at doing it over the last 30 years, hasn't really changed. And suddenly, we're seeing a wave of new companies coming to the market who are really focusing on how they can challenge the status quo and reduce costs.
