The ACT's Renewable Energy Industry
The ACT doesn't actually have very much of its own physical production. A lot of the power that comes from South Australia or is generated in South Australia where the PPAs are matched but I guess it must be that the ACT with all the wind farms and now some solar farms is getting close to having its own identify a little bit of grid or something like that. Well no I think you're thinking the right way because our electricity sector has two parts to it so there's a physical network and there's a market. So virtual power plants that are geographically constrained and can do both address the market and address the network issue are the ones that will work financially.
