Java - I Throw an IoA Exception

Tao java, man, i like the idea that i can call a method and see very explicitly what exceptions it throws. Some of the java community is a whole kind of addressed or a admitted as like a a fault of the language. If you're not gatching that, you're going to have to include that s part of your declaration. Then then there's a whole bunch of codes that you got to go back in changecause the le that everyone got lazy.
