Being aware of your thoughts and working with your thoughts, as you said, is really one of the first steps and probably the last in terms of being able to defeat the fear anxiety. And I feel like that's kind of what we're doing here is with challenging our thoughts, challenging our ideas that might not be true that are holding us back from the thing that we want. But there's also the fact that anxiety is a physiological thing that's happening. Your heart rate is going up. Their hormones are changing. That makes you feel in all kinds of ways that are very uncomfortable.
Social anxiety disorder, nervousness, fear of social situations. However you call it, you can defeat it, be rid of it forever and live a life of more spontaneity, excitement and fun. This is an interview with my psychologist bro so get comfy and grab something to take notes with.
