The Importance of Preparing a Homily

In the beginning of my preaching, I would just sweat over each and every homily. That's not a healthy way to look at your relationship with regards to the liturgy. Christ wants to speak to his people, and he has chosen you to do it. By virtue of your office, you've been given a carerism of preaching. Which means that in your weakness, Christ still works.
