Is There a Natural Inertia in the Portfolio?

Our biggest growth mechanism has always been Word of Mouth. But in Grand Junction, it's a different market. And I don't think we can operate entirely on Word of mouth. We're looking at other opportunities for do we do advertising? Like we've done advertising in the past and it's never really meant anything. It's never really got us anything because Word of Mouth has always worked really well. Now that we're in a different market, now I think we need to do some advertising and some other ways of getting leads coming in.
