Tornado cash has been taken down by the Winklevoss brothers. Some users have used it to withdraw funds from their wallets, which is a breach of regulations. Bitcoin creator Biti says people should be able to block those who are trying to do that with smart contracts. But he also thinks there's room for more decentralization and privacy protections in bitcoin.
