Is There a Rush to the New Market?

I feel like there's a rush to this new market. And obviously the thought has been, up to now, you just have to spend a lot of money and go into debt because you're trying to get the land rush. But at some point that strategy doesn't make sense in the long term. M wells we'll see it. Miyht be that the realists went out. The realists are the ones whore like, actually, we figured thata humans aren't going to change as much as we think they will.
