China's Youth Unemployment Problem

20% of those 16 to 24 are jobless. What's the answer? And does the government have the right approach to address it? You know, it's interesting because the new generation is radically different from the older generations. This is also a theme on my book. We need to think about China as how the new generation shapes its contours.
