Many facilitators, including me, think it's all a matter of technique. The only way to know what to do next is to pay attention and not be distracted. I the only way i know how to learn that is by practising. But if i take the real experience, which you you reminded me about, i don't know any substitute for ten years of practice. So, ye, i do believe its about it's about practice and learning.
