The Importance of Transparency in the Workplace

I think the way to navigate that is to be transparent about it. And so, you know, we need you to be on board for five years and then if that ends, we're going to shake hands. I don't think people see it as radical when they read it. They say, we are a team, we are not a family. The underlying behaviors that are lined up with that are saying, you're constantly being assessed just like sportslike you might be cut from the team or you might be traded.
