How to Communicate With People

I think what it was was just coming to terms with being okay with who you are as a person, and trying to always self-improve. I wasn't necessarily introverted, but I was shy. So much so that I couldn't even talk to a girl when I was in high school. It's something I decided I want to be better at this. And I have to put away any fear, I guess. You know? Such a great skill to focus on early on is communication.
