The Soviet Union and Stalen's Paranoa

CNN's John Defterios looks at a book about the soviet union. He says that russia only wants to dominate lite, they don't want to have rivals. They just want to be the leading force and are irrational when it comes to logic of force. But he argues that using force as a negotiating practice is probably the best way to deal with them. The author also points out that neuroticism in both sides sets a policy of deep neurotic by both sides.
