i would wager that a very, very high percentage have incredible demons and are fighting battles that we all know nothing about. So a is that you're not alone. And b is that you can actually let go of and repair almost all, if not all, of what you think you should just lock away and forget. To a question about psychdalics, i would say a that yes is my tentative answer. But i would not recommend any one touch sychadelics without professional supervision.
