How to Be Productive During the Week

Mary is the best at not using her phone incessantly probably you're i hope. My headphones are always in so my phone is always with me because like it literally if my phone got stolen i would know right away. If someone sends me a question that i need to respond to otherwise i'm holding up their workflow then  it's very different than just being like i'm randomly always checking my phone unfortunately.
