"There's not enough love in the world, in the workplace," he says. "You can't love somebody and punch them in the face or throw something at them [or] scream at them in a cruel way." The CEO of a big company recently asked his top people to tell him what they like about another employee so that it could be shared with other employees. He hopes this will lead to better communication between colleagues.
